What leaves my phone?

The audio you record, for speech-to-text and speaker recognition, and the transcript, for extraction. Your memory, transcripts and voiceprints stay on the phone. The full picture is in the privacy policy.

How do I delete a meeting?

Delete it in the app. It is removed from your phone. Our servers keep no copy of it — the privacy policy lists the two short-lived exceptions.

Does signing out delete anything?

No. Signing out removes the access token. Everything on the phone stays, and capture, search and on-device briefings keep working. Turning recordings into notes needs an account again.
